Pre-sales service:
We have R&D department, we can supply designing service as per client's requirement.
Service in the sale:
When order is confirmed, we will send follow-up table to buyer in time to let buyer know real condition for his order in our company. Machine's pictures or relative information will be sent to buyer timely.
After-Sale Service
All machines are offered with 12 months quality warranty. Within the warranty period, maintenance of equipments and replacement of parts of equipment are charge-free. After guarantee time is expired, we supply machine’s lifetime maintenance service and supply of parts of equipment at cost price.
The equipments from our company will be delivered accompanying with detail installation and operation manual. We can offer plant layout design by free of charge.
Professional technician will be assigned to client’s company to supply guidance in machines installation and commissioning and hold training to operator. We also supply charge-free training in our company for operators if client needs.
